Apicius is now a Member of a Guild

#NewMembership: Apicius  Culinary School is now a member of Bread Bakes Guild of America with the mission of  advancing the baking profession by serving as an educational resource to the industry and its professionals.

By joining the guild, we can now link our students and instructors to their networks of professionals. We can engage and join on their hands-on and remote learning classes for the benefit of the members. 

Bread Bakes Guild of America is  is a non-profit alliance of professional bakers, farmers, millers, suppliers, educators, students, home bakers, technical experts, and bakery owners and managers.

Their Artisan Baking Community is a community who work together to support the principle and the practice of producing the highest quality baked goods. The members are a funky, iconoclastic, independent, creative and colorful group who value and promote baking education and thrive on the lively exchange of ideas.

The Guild today is a community of 2,500 members from across the United States and around the world. The Guild counts among its membership both a veritable “Who’s Who” of celebrated artisan bakers, as well as the next generation of bakers.
