The Study, Work And Travel in the Heart of the Mediterranean program is intended to equip students with the necessary skills to work and prepare the traditional dishes of the Mediterranean.


Over the course of the program, the students will practice foundational culinary techniques and advance their creativity. They will discover more about kitchen ecology and kitchen etiquette, as well as learn the importance of teamwork, product knowledge, time management, European culinary tradition, and the value of kitchen discipline. The skills acquired will make them fit to start their career in some of the best restaurants on the Adriatic coast.


Program Details:


  • Students may choose from International Diploma for Culinary Arts or International Diploma for Professional Pastry & Confections

  • 1-year training in Apicius

  • 1-month Training at Kulinarski Institut (Kul IN) in Croatia

  • 4-5 Months Paid Internship Program

  • Earn an International Diploma

  • Job Offer after Training
